For Christmas and New year Bookings the Manoir will be traditionally decorated, which (along with the feature fire place and wood burning stove roaring away) will create a wonderful festive setting.

A Deposit of 25% of the rental value is payable at the time of making a firm booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period then full payment is required. A refundable Security Deposit of £200 is payable with the final payment. This will be returned to your bank account at the end of your stay less any damage.

We would strongly recommend that guests take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering cancellation, personal belongings, health and public liability as these are not covered by the owners insurance.

A full booking contract detailing all costs and responsibilities will be provided once a provisional booking has been made by e-mail or telephone.

We accept online credit card payments through PayPal as well as payments by internet bank-bank transfer to our UK account or by personal cheque in GBP.
